A quiet day, the sun shone through the lace curtains lighting the room perfectly. She lay there, napping oh so sweetly, without a care in the world and un-aware of the presence that watched over her in adoration.
Small sighs, the pitter-patter sound of tiny feet creeping across the kitchen counter and the sudden click and process of the polaroid camera going off echoed throughout the room--and yet, she did not wake.

It's been four years since leaving the Academy, and all she wanted was to just, well, live. Living without consequences, without restriction, without worry.
"Good morning, my prince." Anthy whispered softly, brushing Utena's pale pink hair behind her ears and leaving the polaroid rested on the pillow next to her.
